Is your way of eating healthy really healthy?

This article talks about how people think they're diets are going to work, and make them healthy and skinny, but in reality a lot of diets people decide to go through with aren't as healthy as they seem. 

A lot of diets people decide to take can really end up being deadly eating disorders that can risk lives. Some people don't always think about the consequences of their eating habits, and are too lazy to exercise, while others know it does but they don't care they just want to be skinny. 

Dieters need a healthy, evened out meal, and needs to exercise as well. Food is fuel that the body needs, and it can't be taken advantage of. Also, people can be very fussy eaters, which means they try to control and watch what they eat every second.
